Financial Accountant | 6 month contract

  • Immediate start – 6 month contract
  • Close to St Leonards Station
  • $40-55 per hour depending on experience

Global technology company that partners with listed global businesses and is at the forefront of innovation. 

Reporting into the Financial Controller and working closely with the finance reporting and tax team, you will help with a variety of projects, using your technical skills and experience with IFRS standards to reconcile and report. 

Also working closely with international/internal business partners and local external Auditors. Operating across multiple countries, regions and entities, with experience in statutory reporting, indirect and direct taxation and the ability to trace a process and reconcile differences will be utilised in this role. 

Must be CA/CPA qualified with strong technical financial accounting skills with a proven track record in providing IFRS/AASB standards application within a global business. You must have FBT and GST experience and likely to have audit and commercial experience in a technically focused financial accounting role. 

Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential. You must have outstanding communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work within a team and add value where needed during a busy time.
