This role is predominantly focused on driving the annual and long term strategy across the discipline, utilising their strong influencing and negotiating skills to work with an extremely diverse range of internal stakeholder. As part as a recent financial transformation, the role requires a lateral thinker with a strong commercial, financial and analytical mindset to lead a specialised team of 3. Key elements of the position involve short and long term forecasting, delivering 3 year high quality financial plans, contributing to projects designed to increase effectiveness of the unit, as well the creation and modelling of new business cases.
You will be CA or CPA qualified and will have extensive experience working as a Finance Business Partner within a large and complex organisation. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to gain trust and form relationships, as well as commitment to continuous process improvement.
