Concur Helpdesk Specialist

High profile education services organisation.


This is a contract role to ensure the travel and expenses management system, Concur, is administrated appropriately across a large user base of 8000 employees. You will be the point of contact for all system administration, and policy/process administration relating to Concur as well as assisting and supporting users as required.


Extensive experience with Concur is essential.  This role requires high level communication skills as well as a service focus, and of course demonstrated process improvement. 

This role is paying $50-55ph + super and is for 6 months – close to public transport.
